HENNA

Henna is usually associated with East Indian wedding ceremonies where intricate lace designs cover the hands and feet. Henna is a really gorgeous way of decorating yourself – it has been used for many thousands of years in many countries as a way of adorning the skin.

Henna is applied as a paste made from the ground up leaves of the henna plant Lawsonia Inermis mixed with other natural ingredients. The paste is left on the skin for as long as possible and after flaking off it leaves behind a mahogany brown stain which then darkens over the next 48 hours. I work freehand to create exciting contemporary or more traditional patterns on any part of the body – the stains usually last between 1 to 3 weeks.

I am available to do Henna Body Art for your Baby Shower, Birthday parties, Ladies night out, Corporate events, Holiday parties, Grad night events and more. Most of my 21+ years of Henna experience is with Western Henna style.

I am an Internationally Certified Natural Henna Artist.

Glitter Body Art

Consider having a glitter design for your next holiday or evening event.

Glitter Body Art designs dry immediately, with no chance for it to smear or smudge. This is a great alternative to henna for small children. It’s prefect for Birthday parties.

Glitter Body Art will last for 3 – 4 days, depending on where it is applied.
