| Why should you have your placenta encapsulated? The placenta is incredibly nutritious and contains many of the vitamins, minerals and hormones that a mother's body needs to adequately recover from the pregnancy and birth. It has been shown to balance your system, replenish depleted iron, increase milk production and help you have a happier postpartum period. More specifically, placenta capsules may help to allow a quicker return to health after birth, decrease likelihood of baby blues and postpartum depression, decrease likelihood of insomnia or sleep disorders and in general, give you more energy. |
